I trying to wire a relay for my rear defroster on my 99 tahoe, I confused on how i need to wire it up using a relay for viper 791xv alarm. I am also try wire the horn to my siren i told to use a relay so i need some help in wiring the horn and siren together using a relay.

well, siren is constant out and will just stck horn on solid when alarm goes off ...so i would conect it to the parking light output... i think the horn is a ground wire and is black. you may be able to use diodes as the viped i think has a neg out for the lights. also are you trying to turn on the defrost with remot start or by a extra chanel?
