Can anyone give me more info on how hard it would be to do this, and what i would need and if anyone has successfully completed this. Sorry if this has already been posted and any help at all would be appreciated. thanks for your time.

its prety straight forward. but if i was you...i would do the second pic in this thread. the diode isolation on somthing lik this is a must.

just remember to cut the ign wire going to the hu and connect it like in the diagram.:-]
