I am looking for a 12v relay that has a timmer on it. onece it is triggered it will stay on for about 5 minutes before opening the circuit. it would be awesome if it were an adjustable time but will do. also cheep? i see some industrial ones but they are expensive. any ideas

Dei's 528t is the closest I've seen as far as premade setups go.  The only problem is the longest it'll go for is about 90sec give or take a couple sec.
