has anyone incurred purchasing a vehicle as I and found no key dealer said they have to program key to computer with car due car being classified salvage they wont touche it, other people tell me the programming is only for the lojack theft defice on the ignition switch colum, is there a bypass or could there be a impact switch that kills current and fuel.

It doesn't have anything to do with a lojack, I guarantee that ( I work for lojack).  It has to do with the vehicles immobilizer system.  The system ford uses is called(see below )and it shuts the ignition off if it doesn't see a coded key.  It all has to do with the bcm.  If no one will code a key for you then you should go to a dealer and have them do it, also you should bring the title that way there is no question it is your car.

Actually it called PATS II or E-PATS . The VATS is the GM version of the Ford system.
