hi there just wondering if anyone has made a flamer kit for turbo cars using a pulse relay ? how fast can a pulse relay pulse?

If pulse speed is a concern don't use a relay. The moving parts inside a relay will wear out prematurely if switched at high speeds (especially under high current loads). Go with a solid state switch.
