is there a way to rewire the windows to bypass the factory door module but use the original window switch? i picked up this car at the local auction and only the drivers door window and door lock works

You could treat it just like an actuator.

First find out the wiring of the switch with a meter and then you can substitute it for both of the push switches in the diagram.
