I need a fuel relay schematic/wiring diagram.  Replaced the fuel pump, not it fuse keeps blowing.  Replaced fuel relay switch, not it fuse keeps blowing as soon as key is turned on.

Fuel pump is not the problem and the Relay is not the problem. What controls the relay. That could be the problem. Probably an electronic module. or the fuel Guage sender is shorted in the tank. or the Oil pressure sensor.

Check the harness plug on top of the tank. The Caprices are notorious for having problems with the wiring getting burnt there and the Caddies use the same type assemblies. Unplug the fuel pump/sender assembly and see if it still blows the fuse. The plug is located under the car usually close to the fuel filler neck. It will be a 3 prong plug. Hope this helps.

After all the replacing we did,,,,it turned out to be either the Ignition Control Module or the Ignition Coil (we replaced them both).  Thanks for all the advice

Glad to hear you found it. Probably a shorted coil.
