How about coming up with a user rating program. Not like the star one but one that if someone feels a poster helped them they can click an icon and it will give them a plus one rating and if a user feels they were either not helped or something they can give them a negative rating. I have seen this on many other forums and it has worked really well.

I've also seen some bickering as a result of it, especially when a negative rating was unjustified, but I'll consider adding it to the upgraded version of this forum. No ETA yet, so please do not ask when it will be available. I have some other changes I want to make first, one of which is moving to a new server to better handle all that what we have now. I'll keep everyone posted.
