I find myself having to verbally direct people to a specific post within a topic.  I can link them to the page but have to tell them, my first, second, or third on that page.  Would it be possible to place a link somewhere in each post, that would allow us to link to that exact post?  If it is a lot of work, don't sweat it, but I think it would help out.  Feedback from other members??

Done. Look for "Link to Post" near the upper right of each post.

Why does the Quote and Post Reply buttons have artwork, and mine is just typed words?  It looks like a StepChild.   I have used it several times.  Somebody else used it today.

Are you seeing this in every post? What browser are you using? Have you tried refreshing the page and/or dumping your cache?
