 Have you thought of maybe Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior and Grad Student?

I know some get offended by being a Rookie, I do not know if Junior Member will be less offensive.  And you just soon put member at the end of all of them.  I will laugh everytime I read Gold Member.

My intention was not to get member behind all rankings.  I just do not know if Junior Member will be any less offensive to the newcomers.  If using Freshman, Sophomore, Junior < Senior Etc.  Becoming a Junior will be a sought after change.
