I have just added a small utility trailer to my Taurus, I need to hook up the break lights. I could go the old and true method of trial and error but It sure would be nice if some one could post or tell me the wiring diagram. There are 2 black wires, 1 PURPLE / blk, one GREEN/ orange and one brown.
Thank you

For brake, use the RED / Light Green at the high mount brake light on the rear shelf. Just remember that it's 15 amps max.

For the wires you mentioned, the Blacks are ground, GREEN/ Orange are the turn signals, Brown are parklights, BLACK/ Pink is reverse.
