Buy a proper wiring adaptor kit for this vehicle. The factory radio is a Class II data unit. You need a module to properly integrate an aftermarket radio and to obtain a switched ignition source. The modules derive a ignition circuit from a Class II signal and also retain the door chimes. If you have Onstar, then get a module that will also handle converting it as well. The modules take all the mystery out of wiring in a new radio.
