No offense, but we could probibly help you if we knew what you were asking..... You haven't asked a real question, we don't know what year, make, or model, your vehicle is, or what you're trying to do..... for us to help you, we need specifics.... as many as you can give.   Are you trying to install a remote start, alarm, what? When you respond with these answers, I bet you'll get the answers, you're looking for.... Like Jerry Maguire said... Help Me Help You

here's a random stab in the dark.....

YELLOW and ORANGE / BLACK

GM's PASSLOCK 2 System, wires are in Ignition Switch Harness

GM's PASSLOCK 2 ANTI-THEFT System, Requires 791 Bypass Module

This vehicle for REMOTE STARTING DOES NOT REQUIRE the connection to the STARTER/CRANK wire, the vehicle will Crank when it see power to the IGNITION and then the droping out of voltage on the ACCESSORY wire will automaticlly start the vehicle. The installation of the 791 Bypass Module DOES require a connection to the STARTER CRANK wire, to make the 791 work you will need to do this. Take the YELLOW/BLACK from the 791 and apply it to 12 volts constant while cranking the vehicle with the ignition key, after the vehicle starts, take the YELOW/BLACK wire from the 791 off of the 12 volts constant. in 10 to 20 seconds the RED light in the 791 will turn off. Repeat this step 2 more times, the RED light in the 791 will turn on and then off each time, turn the vehicle off and then tape the YELLOW/BLACK wire from the 791 up and do not use.
