2004 Buick Century,want to run the low beams on with the high beams when switch to high beams and just the low beams on when switch to low, any idea which wires to cross?

I have no idea what color the wires are in your car, but the following diagram is what you need to do.   You need to cut the low beam positive wire and connect the 2 ends to the relay as shown.    You will have to do this on both sides of the vehicle.

Thanks but one more ?, when on low beam,will the low beam still come on without the hi beam on, does it still feed thru the relay somehow because afterall the low beam feed is cut,

The low beam wire is cut, but the low beam lamp is connected to the common terminal of the relay, and the low beam wire is connected to the normally closed terminal of the relay.  This means that the low beam wire is connected to the low beam lamp when the relay is in it's resting position.  When the High beams are turned on this energizes the relay and now the low beam lamp wire is now connected to your battery.
