VSS Wire 08 Honda Civic

08 honda civic using xk601 module from Bypasskit.com. If vehicle is  ordered without a radio the vss wire called for in the instalation manual is not there.  Going to the radio plug (it is taped to the back of the radio hole cover) for the vss as  the instructions indicate does not work, the wire is there but is dead.  The alternate VSS wire location is in the engine compartment.  To remove the computer and access the wire you need to remove the battery, take the black plastic cover off of the computer.  remove 3 metric bolts holding the computer in place. The connector with the correct blue wire was in the plug closest to the front of the vehicle.
