Ok, I'm new to posting in this forum but have been a longtime reader of the information, so if this is the incorrect spot to post this, please let me know.

I am having an issue with this car where there is no fuel pressure, pump is not turning on and security light is on but not blinking. So, this gives me the indication that this is the Passlock II system that is causing the issue. There is no voltage going to the fuel pump.

I just bought the DEI 555L and will be installing it later today. My question is: The car currently wont start at all but it cranks, In order to install this do I have to be able to start the car or will installing it fix that issue?

The vehicle must be in good running order to allow you to program any module.
