We just installed a Aline overhad DVD player and we had to pull the entire headliner down to put up bracing. Everything is connected but now the interior lights in the SUV won't come on by pressing them, however they do work with the doors open and when turned on at the dial. The visor lights don't work either. very strange.

Anyone know where that connection is located?

Looks like there are three wires...Yellow with Green, Black with Purple and solid purple.

I figure one is constant, one is ground and one is switchable...

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think your ground wire is connected
