I am installing a GPS unit in a 2005 Chev Express van with cruise control. I see a GREEN / WHITE wire near the brake pedal under the dash. Is this the VSS wire?

VSS

dk. GREEN / WHITE

pcm, green plug, pin 50

Notes: The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is on the driver side fender.
