Hi, has anyone installed an amp kit on a 1999 Toyota Camry? I need a location to run the power lead from the battery through the fire wall but cant find a grommet or anything. Does anyone have expierience with this make and model? I really dont want to have to drill a hole through the fire wall but guess I will have to if not.

Thanks,

-Chris

Are you sure?  It's not a common vehicle here and they dropped them in 03 (death by Audi/BMW/Merc/Lexus) but I've NEVER had a bulkhead problem with one. The main loom enters the engine bay via a large grommet quite high on the bulkhead, the only exception was some Supras where you went up through the DKP and ended up coming out at the rear of the wheel arch into the engine bay.

Thanks, I found that loom late last night (1am!) on the upper passenger side firewall theres a main wire loom that pass through via a very large grommet just in case anyone else has that problem. I am never doing a Toyota Camry again, those are rediculous in wiring and all.

Thanks,

Chris
