According to Audiovox's website the above wire is required for remote start. Are you grounding this wire somehow?

It needs to be grounded while remote started.

I have no idea how much current the keysense wire draws. I can't see it requiring much, but in order for me to not give you bad information, I am going to suggest that you use a relay to do this. Your alarm should have a wire labeled, Ground While Running. This may also be the same wire that turns your park lights on when the vehicle is remote started. Following are the basic instructions for connecting the relay. Terminal 86 needs constant 12V. Terminal 85 connects to the alarm's GWR wire. Terminal 30 is to be grounded. Terminal 87 connects to the keysense wire I listed earlier.

Of course it's negative, try grounding it then starting the car. Hope you've got a good fire extinguisher and a handy selection of the proper Honda style 50amp fuses. I was joking but if you have to ask these questions without out testing, should you be doing this job?
