I didn't see th reverse wire listed for that year, later years it is GREEN/ black - you can test green and blacks in the drivers/passenger kick panel and see if you find it. You can also verify color at the revers light then search for it in the kick panels.

As for VSS:
Blue/White @ instrument cluster or at the PCM
The PCM is in the passenger kick panel. VSS is in the 31 pin plug, pin 23
