I was about to add windshield washer fluid to my car when I noticed a wire just hanging not connected to anything. The wire runs along the inside of the front by the hood latch and then I'm assuming connects to another wire that I also found hanging near the washer fluid container. The wires do appear to connect to each other but I didnt want to just connect them not knowing what it was. I took picture with my blackberry to help with identification
