Before posting, you should look to the vehicle wiring on this site. There's a very comprehensive listing for the 04 Tribute. If the body shape is the same, then the wiring should be. Use it as a crib sheet or playbook and test everything.

Just to make a point Tommy listed this lot for the 04 in much greater detail. Including the locks being 1 wire multiplex via a 1kr.
