I am installin a Car Starter on a 2010 Ford F-150, and I can't find the tach wire anywhere. My wire guide shows at ignition coil (BROWN / wire). Anybody have any ideas?? Or can I find it behind the instrument cluster?? Any help would be greatly apprectiated....thanks

Either go to an injector or program the remote starter to tachless and set crank time for 2-4 seconds. There's OEM anti grind on these trucks since 2004 and if you have a unit capable of extending the crank time, it saves you time running wire into the engine.

If you go with tach, at any fuel injector, attach to  any color wire not  (common) blue.
