I've searched the forum for about 3 days and I haven't found a issue that is exactly like mine or just missed it. I had my remote go corrupt on me like June so I had to do stuff to bypass it. So I had someone take a wire out of my car so I can start it. It only starts if I press the manual gear shifter with a sharp object then I can shift.
That's only one issue I'd like to resolve; the other one is that my lights still go crazy when I turn them off as if my alarm is still on, but it's fine when my lights are on. I had to take the horn chip out because it was annoying. But every time I leave my car I have to disable the battery because it keeps going on. When I do start my car now it's scratchy.
I've taken out the wires some alarm guy told me over the phone but it's still not it. I cut the red cord in the ignition switch and all that did is not let me start my car all the way up. So I had to rewire it.
If I can get by this as quickly and pain free as I can I will be much thankful. I've had the issue for over 7 months now. I have a Python 702 alarm.

If the starter wire was cut, you will need to reconnect this wire and it's most likely cut at the ignition switch. You will need to remove the steering column shroud and the lower driver's dash. Look for all wires that DO NOT look factory and that is attached to the Python system and remove it from the vehicle. Reconnect the wires that you disconnected in the engine and also under the dash from previous installations.

Thank you very much. After 2 hours of under the dash and hood I found it. They hid it very very very well. Reason I didn't see it at the spots others were saying it was or should be. Much thanks again.
