I just did a 4 speaker install on a 2010 Ford F150 extended cab with the base, non-premium sound system. The speaker wire colors are as follows:
FL white +, WHITE/ brown -
FR WHITE/ purple +, WHITE/ orange -
RL WHITE/ green +, BROWN / yellow -
RR PURPLE / white +, PURPLE / blue -
