I have a 1997 dodge caravan 3.3L engine I am installing a taximeter and need to know if I can access the VSS from inside or does it have to be accessed from the pin connector in engine bay? any help would be great!

VSS Wire

WHITE/ Orange

Driver's Fender 2-40 Pin Connectors

so that makes it under the hood....try searching vehicle wiring (cruise control) :)
