If you are changing out the radio, did you consider purchasing the appropriate wiring harness for around 15 dollars at your local stereo shop?

I do not know why they list a gray wire as ground.  I think the radio gets ground through the mounting brackets.

Actually the stereo had been stolen out of the car and the harness cut.  I got it in.  Thanks guys.
