please help !! Just got this truck and am attempting to install an amp. I have ran all wiring except for "remote" I can't find any where I can get this from. Please help...

what radio are you using?

I am using the stock REC unit .... with navigation
alpine speakers with subwoofer

also, is there a amp somewhere ? i have all my panels off indes the truck and can't find a thing???

There is no conventional remote turn on wire for this car, it uses data to switch on and off.
The amp should be located in the right kick panel.
You can try a Directed (DEI) 55000, remote power adapter.
I have never used them but it is a possible option.

Thanks ...im going to try to see if i can get a remote signal from the amp first...... if not.... ill try the unit you have mentioned.

There are no switched 12V sources at the amp not headunit.
The only 12V sources are the B+ (constant 12V), yellow/red at the amp and gray/red at the radio.
The amp is turned on by the CAN bus and you will not be able to tap that for your remote turn on.
