First of all, I'm sorry for the title... I'm trying to follow all of the rules :-X I'm also sorry if this isn't located in the correct place in the forum.

Basically, I have a custom dashboard that I am going to mount onto my Jeep Wrangler but I want it all to unplug from one big plug. What I've been looking for is some kind of plastic plug that has a male and female side that I can connect / disconnect a couple dozen wires with the single plug.

Its the kind of thing that I see in cars all the time that I always thought would be so easy to buy online but that I can't find anywhere!

Any leads would be super helpful, thanks...

You could buy 2 of these and 2 of the mating plug.  Wire one male plug and one female plug to the cluster and do the mating plugs on the car side.

Even if you buy the pricey crimpers made for this type of connector, you still NEED to solder every pin to the wire in which it is attached.

That is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for!

I searched the web for hours and found nothing... thanks a lot!
