I have a 2004 Ford Excursion with factory rear entertainment. I want to install an aftermarket nav radio. I would like to integrate the factory rear entertainment with the new radio. Does anyone have wiring information for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi,

 at the 20 pin connector at the radio:

wire color , description, connects to?

light GREEN/ black ...audio system on, +12 V to turn on video system,  remote lead of radio, or accessory power

violet...dvd audio out, left +,  aux input left channel audio signal

light GREEN/ red... dvd audio out, left -,  aux input left channel audio return

grey...dvd audio out, right +,  aux input right channel audio signal

ORANGE / black...dvd audio out, right -, aux input right channel audio return

black ... shield, audio signal, to chassis of radio, if noise is present

light blue/pink & tan...data signals, not needed

grey/black...vss, vehicle speed signal, depends on radio

light blue/red...steering wheel controls, depends on radio
