I need the wiring diagram for the factory radio on a 2008 GMC Sierra 4Dr 4x4. Does anyone know it thnks

What exactly are you trying to do? You can not put that radio into any other vehicle. That vehicle does not have a switched 12 volt wire in the factory harness. If you are planning to put an aftermarket radio into that truck, you really need to purchase the appropriate vehicle specific wiring harness.

Yes and as far as I know, you will lose direction indicator clicks, and back-up aids and On star if present. If you add an aftermarket H/U you will need the relevant adaptor.
