manual transmission how to bypass clutch and parking brake? no idea thanks

On the clutch pedal there will most like be two connectors ( one for clutch engagement/cruise and other for starting. You will need to meter the wire and find the wire that follows the start sequence. You will need to engage the clutch to see what type clutch bypass the Subaru requires as well.

As far as the parking brake goes, you will most likely find it at the park brake switch under the park brake handle.

Parking brake can also be picked up, along with tach at rear of instrument panel, with that bloody complicated mess under the hood it's far easier.

There should also be an NSS feed at one of the engine management pins so no need to worry about manual transmission reservation.

Marked neutral position switch, probably pin 16.

Sorry, it will go to ground when ignition is on and car is in neutral.
