Ok I am a mechanic and I do know a good bit about my truck, its a Dodge Ram 1500, but this alarm system is just straight baffling me, I am gonna list all the connection points and I was wondering if someone could help me match up all the colors cause I am very confused even with the online wiring diagrams.

A little back ground on my truck, it has no stock alarm system, it has manual doors and windows, i bought door actuators to make them auto doors with the alarm system, I have no trunk obviously, its not a diesel engine, it auto transmission, no rear defogger

If you guys could tell me what wires i need to hook and which ones i can ignore and also what color with i need to hook it too and where in the truck to locate the wire i would greatly appreciate it. I am no noob to anything mechanical or electrical, I just dont wanna mess up my ignition system, thanks for the help guys.

It would help to know what year your truck is.  2 door. 4 door.  Engine size.

Here is a link to Bulldog wiring. There are some photos for this application.      https://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp

Pages 13 to 20 of the 5701 install manual will explain how to test and verify the wires you are looking for.  According to the bulldog site you have two ignition and two accessory wires. Pay attention to the notes. You will need to power one of the accessory with a relay from the H2/12 harness (orange).

Where is the install manual that you are talking about? Also if someone could eliminate all the wires that I dont need then I can definately figure out how to hookup the rest. Keep in mind I am installing aftermarket door actuators

You can download a .pdf file of the install manual for the 5701 in the downloads section of this site.  It DOES NOT list a H2 18 pin connector.  The 5701 manual will show a H2 8 pin Auxiliary harness, a 5 pin Remote start input, and a 5 Pin Remote start Auxiliary output. If  I am correct, these equal the H2 18 pin harness you have.  You should also download the Viper 5901 LC3 Quick Ref Install Guide.  It will match the wireing harness you have.

For starters get a DMM, test and verify for the wires you need at the ignition harness.  This site has a Vehicle wiring section, as well as https://techservices.audiovox.com/.  sign up at this one is free.  All of these are GUIDES and may or may not match the wiring in your vehicle.  Hence the need for testing and verifying ALL wires before you make a connection to your remote start unit.  Also use the search feature on this site for your vehicle. You will most likely find an answer to you question.

H3/1 Pink to Blue(+) 16 gauge (see notes @ Bulldog site)  Ignition 1

H3/2 RED / White,  H3/6 Red, &  H3/9 RED / Black  as well as H1/2 Red   to Pink/Black (+)  (may also have a RED / White (as listed at AudioVox)  12 Volt Constant .     If there are two 12 volts constant wires, divide you connections between them.

H3/3  Orange to  Green (+) ( see notes @ Bulldog site)  Accessory

H3/4 Violet to  to starter side of Yellow(+) if you cut the starter wire.  If you don't cut the starter wire Don't use the H3/5

H3/5 Green to key side of starter wire, Yellow(+)  if you cut the starter wire.

H3/7 Pink/White to RED / White 16 gauge (see notes@ Bulldog site)

You will need a relay from H2/12 orange for your second Accessory.

H1/5 Black and H2/18 Black White to chassis ground

H2/8 BROWN / Black to horn wire (-),  H2/9 Violet/White  to tach wire,  H2/15 Grey to hood pin,  H2/17 to brake wire (+)

What type/model of bypass are you using?

Plan on at least two days to do this install. Take your time, Take it one thing at a time.  Link to a Tundra 5701 DIY Install  https://www.toyotatundraforum.com/electrical/4144-viper-dei-5701-remote-start-diy.html

And since I cant edit yet, ill repost but I believe that I don't need a bypass because i do not have a stock alarm system.

The Factory Alarm system has nothing to do with having an ignition key transponder system.  If you
have the Gray ignition key, then you will need an immobilizer bypass.  Easy test : Buy a key at the
local hardware store or Home Depot for $1.89 and try to start / drive the truck.
The are many good bypass modules available for the truck shouild you need one.

I have the BLACK key so I am good there, thanks. I also know know how to hookup the actuators, the following wires are ones I am not sure if i need to hook up or not:

H1/4 Parking Light Isolation Wire-Pin 87 of onboard relay
H1/6 Door Trigger Input (+)
H1/7 Instant Trigger Input(-) (N/C or N/O)
H1/8 Door Trigger Input (-) (N/C or N/O)
H2/12 200mA Accessory Output

Do I need to hook these wires up? and if so where to?

H1/8 to : (below is note3  from Bulldog Web Site for your truck)  If you don't diode isolate the door wires, you could end up with false alarms.  I found out the hard way on a Ford Focus.  There is a diagram on the bulldog site as an example.

NOTE *3 the DRIVERS DOOR is a TAN (-), the DRIVERS REAR DOOR is a TAN/ORANGE (-) or a PURPLE / ORANGE (-), these wires are in the DRIVERS KICK PANEL. The PASSENGE DOOR is a TAN/RED (-) and the PASSENGER REAR DOOR is a TAN / YELLOW (-), these wires are in the PASSENGER KICK PANEL. When connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM, use all 4 DOOR TRIGGER wires and DIODE ISOLATE. to connect, See DIAGRAM  on Bulldog website.

H1/4, H1/6, H1/7, should not be needed.

H1/12  will need a relay setup to feed your second accessory. If you have a second assessory. Listed as Orange (+)
