I am looking for any information for this car. specifically the location of where the audio amplifier is at. Trying to install a HI/Lo convertor for aftermarket amplifier for subwoofers.

My experience tells me that you should go at Pac audio's website as they have a plug and play module that interfaces with the radio to give you front and rear line outputs.

The amp should be under the rear seat. You could always go to one of the rear speakers to hook up a line out converter.

I would advise against catching signal at the rear speakers.  Oscillation and feedback will probably occur with the airtight seal of the trunk.  After a few years of use, the trunk will not be as sealed and this will no longer be a problem.
