I have searched high and low, must not be looking in the right place...I am replacing the sub in my  navigator and have the old one out and it has 4 wires going to the factory plug...are all these wires installed on the new sub...removal of all the panels seems to be the easy part?

Your OEM sub is a dual voice coil driver.  You really need to replace it with a comparable sub.  Do you have any idea of the impedance of the OEM sub?

The factory sub is 2 ohms, sorry was on the road...
