Is there an antenna remote either wire or terminal on the radio which goes 12v+ when the radio is turned on?
Otherwise, the ACC wire at the ignition switch, fuse box or rear of the radio.

The green wire should be the same for a base model that has no stock amp?

I assumed some one might have a location without getting behind the stock deck. Im aware of diagram, but it did not specify for the base model.

The answers you were given here were from pros, therefore the correct way.
If you use an ignition or ACC wire, you're likely to induce a whine through the amp when the radio is switched off.
I might add we are here to give you advice not hold your hand so buy a tester and pull the head unit.
What's next? Where are the grommets in the bulkhead?

Some of the wires are not the same. There is no remote wire for the non amplified base model 4 door accent 2010. How ever I did tap off the green wire and no engine noise. I did find it very easy to get the stock deck out. Atleast I got to post my solved problem for anyone that has base model amp install
