2011 e350 looking for reverse wire hookup and vss looket through site couldn't find this year.
Installing a pioneer system the dealer says I don,t need to hook up vss , the manuel says it is needed for gps accuracy.

Test for reverse at the rear light then follow it through to the front. Possibly sourced at gear shifter.
Alternatively, for CAN sense, VSS through a can converter to green and GREEN / WHITE twisted CAN pair at gearbox management ECU.

reverse....blue/white. look in left kick panel/under dash, 14 pin connector. should be able to find the VSS there also...thinner violet/orange.
