The 3 screws should be labeled COM, NC and NO.
COM is the common to both NC and NO
NC is the normally closed contact
NO is the normally opened contact
Depending on what you want to do; will determine what terminals to use

It is best to let us know what system you plan to use with this switch. It will help us determine the proper configuration you will need.
Most system will be either negative or positive trigger.
If you plan on using it for a negative trigger, connect the NC to ground and COM to the alarm.
If you are using it with a positive trigger, NC goes to +12v constant through a fuse and COM to the alarm positive trigger.
I highly doubt the system will support it but the switch can be configured for closed loop operation too. I elaborate further if you really need it.
