I have just installed a alarm/remote start on a 2011 GMC Savana and the security works fine and one thing I can't figure out is where the starter wire output hooks up, or is it all done automatically thru the immobilizer-bypass module and ring. The wiring call out sheet for that vehicle shows the immobilizer bypass module under the start wire location, does that mean i do not have to hook up any start wires or relays for remote start.

For remote start the starter is done via the bypass module.
