I have done numerous searches on line for the window wiring for a 2006.5 Kia optima.  I am planning to install a window module, however, i really do not want have to deal with door panels and what not.  Thanks.

Oh yes you do if the switches are in the doors.
The only exception would be with a comfort close where turning and holding the key in driver's door lock closed the windows.

Also if a 530t, close and vent/open rather than just a closer, you need to go to ALL the window motor wires, 1 per EACH door, oh the fun.
Frankly I wish they'd bring back centre console switches without one shot etc.

it's rather refreshing when the manufacturer supplies the info.

Yes just like the Germans, hell I just woke up from a nightmare (nearly 6:00am here) where I was chasing a big BMW dealer for tech info, reminding them that when they were young and much, much smaller we all used to go for drinks on a Friday night before the Sabbath and they STILL wouldn't release the software or sort out the problem so I took the car to Israel where one of their IT boys rewrote the software and now it runs lovely. (Think F35).
I used to have erotic dreams......

One of the goodthings about the Kia tech site is, just slap an email address in there and you're good to go!
