installed 2 12" subs and an amp when key is turned off the system humms loud till the door is open is there a way around the timer or is there a certain fuse that needs to be used i need to figure this out by saturday my customer will be back then to have it fixed and i have never had this problem before

Connect the amplifier's remote wire to a switched power source.

No remote antenna switched output on the head unit? Usually RED / black or BLACK/ red?

One of three plugs to rear of head unit, the one surprise surprise carrying the power and ground etc. leads it's orange next to the brown grounding lead.
Also look for this lead at the antenna?

customer is using factory head unit
