The green blue and yellow are the control wires, blue one side front, green the other and yellow the boot switch.
Wire up as Mercedes/Audi vacuum pump with a 3 second delay (that depends on year which you haven't given.
Diagrams here in relay section.
There's also a total close wire on some early nineties variants.
You can also pick them up in the front floor looms, in rubbery tubing along with a RED / white and a BROWN / black.
If you start with "Hey Guys" again I will visit Oz and strangle you.

I've got no wiring diagrams which is what you will need.
I can tell you that logically the other plug will be your RED / white fused 8 or 16 amps, engine bay fusebox marked central locking and brown to ground (earth).
There's a dead short somewhere.
Otherwise the fuse would have blown unless some idiot previously placed a much larger capacity fuse there.

take a look at this, it should be all you need
300CE wiring diagram------------- This information is provided only as a reference.
All circuits should be verified with a digital multi-meter prior to making any connections.

yer howie from the back story i think someone bypassed it at the fuse box, now its a bloody mess. burnt out need to re-wire
but shouldnt be to bad im not going to worry about the pump trigger wires, iv fitted an alarm with 3 sec pulse to trigger it.
thank you so much 91stt, that is perfect exactly what i needed -------------

Common, I even got the colours right all from memory!
Haven't done one of these in 20 years they changed everything about 92.
The only mistake was thinking it might have been 8 amps.
When I get my memory back I'll tell you about the total close wire.

This info is for right hand drive, UK, Oz, etc.
This is from memory so PLEASE verify.
12v+ Red links at fuse box*.
Ignition pink/red** ignition switch loom, you will have to remove instrument panel to get at it.
Starter purple ditto.
Indicators BLACK/ white, BLACK/ green (+) hazard switch or fuse box*.
Door triggers front BROWN / grey, at either door switch rear BROWN / white at either door switch or rear dome/courtesy light switch adjacent to hazard switch.
Trunk (boot) trigger. Check the plunger switch it might be POS (+). If so just turn around the switch wiring so it switches NEG (-) and POS (RED / yellow?) is the supply.
Total close thin either yellow/blue or blue / YELLOW in one of the driver floor looms, should be together with a RED / white and a BROWN / black use an aux to supply a 15+ second neg on arm/lock.
*Open engine bay fuse box unscrew and lift fuse holder out of the way, that will give you access to the listed wires.
**If R/S, multiple ignition wires, at least 2 or more.
BTW removing instrument panel trim pull to ease sides and push forward from behind will give you space to the left for the alarm ECU and a good factory earth (ground) nut directly beneath.
Tach will be a GREEN/ YELLOW at rear of instrument panel or a diagnostic socket in engine bay.
That generation used a dealer supplied hood switch mounted just in front of fuse box or left hand side on inside wing bolts, or fit one to the front striker.
The first choice, either already there, from a dealer or wreckers yard (plastic they don't corrode)is your best choice.

It doesn't matter if you get it wrong, you will either blow a fuse or the locks will lock when they should unlock and vice versa.

Oh come on this is an easier job once you redo the burnouts and eliminate the cause.
This is beginners work.
The RED / white and brown to one plug, the yellow, blue and green to the other.
