2012 Lexus CT200h Alarm/Remote Start/Stereo Wiring

I need the pre and post amplifier wiring for my 2012 CT200h premium with nav. I plan to replace the factory amp with a 5 channel JL amp for the front and rear 4 channels + factory sub. I have been told that the center speaker runs off the head unit. Can you verify this as well?

The Body ECU is under the driver dash, attached to the right side of the dash fuse box. This wire is only needed if the door locks do not function with the aftermarket system while the vehicle is running. All other times just use the factory alarm arm wire.
