What is the relay layout for a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee I and installing seat heater for this, Since the 12v ign is a thin wire?

Should be the same as any other vehicle as long as you are only usung the 12v ign wire to power the coil of the relay and get a 12v constant heavy gauge (or direct to battery) for the switched source.
