Make sure the XK05 has the PKH4 firmware flashed on it.  Here is the Data wire info.

2013 Honda Pilot - Transponder Data wire @ Ignition cylinder
7 Pin White Transponder connector, Pin 6, Pink wire
( Pin 2 is Ignition and Brown in color.)

Plenty.  Does this vehicle have the power lift gate?

Here is info from Ready Remote ( for 2012 Pilot but 2013 should be the same )
Trunk/Hatch Release   Orange (liftgate) (rear handle switch) (-)    @ dash fuse box, Light Green 42 pin plug, pin 13

The hatch glass release is Pink or Light Blue (-) (rear handle switch)      in the driver kick, White 18 pin plug, pin 8.

On vehicles with power tailgate, the open/close wires are Brown (switch) and Purple to White (com), above the driver kick,
White 24 pin plug, pins 20 and 9. These wires short when the switch is pressed

Here is info from Audiovox :
Trunk Release    ORANGE  (-)      UNDER DASH FUSEBOX
TEST THIS WHILE WHILE PRESSING THE OUTER TAILGATE HANDLE SWITCH, RED / BLACK (-) AT UNDER DASH FUSEBOX
WILL RELEASE THE GLASS IN THE HATCH

This is from Omega :
Trunk Release  ORANGE (- GATE)  FUSE BOX 42 PIN LT GREEN CONN, PIN 13
REAR GLASS RELEASE  BLUE (-)  IN DRIVER KICK PANEL WHITE 18 PIN CONN PIN #8
POWER TAILGATE OPEN/CLOSE  BROWN (Switch) AND VIOLET (common)   SWITCH ABOVE DRIVER KICK WHITE 24 PIN CONN Pins #20 and #9

Should be able to use a relay for the power tailgate.

Relay Pin 85 to Clifford (-) Trunk Release
Relay Pin 86 to +12V constant
Relay Pin 87 to Brown @ White 24 Pin connector above DKP
Relay Pin 30 to Purple @ White 24 Pin connector above DKP

Ok hopefully one last question. Whenever I remote start the car the stock alarm goes off. I have tried locking the car with the stock remote and then unlocking the car with a key to disable the stock keyless entry. However when the car sits for a few minutes the stock alarm somehow rearms.

Where do you have the Clifford's GREEN/ BLACK (-) 200mA OEM ALARM DISARM OUTPUT and GREEN / WHITE (-) 200mA OEM ALARM ARM OUTPUT
wires connected?   ( for a newer vehicle like this with a Factory alarm, a full featured bypass module, like the Fortin EVO-ALL, makes sense )

I don't think I have those wires hooked up. I read somewhere the factory alarm is supposed to disarm with unlock?
