Sorry to be naughty about this but you could find out for yourself with a test light in this than half an hour. It's that simple compared to a modern car.
Unless this a fuel injected car, I'd think twice about a remote start, you'll have to prime the carbs.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.

I figured that, but I've only done modern cars up to this point so I figured any info going in may make it even faster and that I could estimate how many relays, etc., to take with me for the install at his location.

It has been upgraded to electronic fuel injection and he went with a crate motor to be used as a driver rather than a correct restoration/show car, but his primary need is security so I may not hookup the remote start section of the system anyhow. I'll have to see what it looks like I suppose.

Thanks for the input though.

The point I was making though, no data, no BCU though there might be a rudimentary engine ECU, not relevant to us though, does it even have central locking?

hi,
at ignition switch:
red...battery
pink...ignition
purple...start
brown...accessory

headlight switch:
red...battery
light blue...headlights (+)
brown...tail lights (+)
purple...parking lights (+)
white...courtesy lights (-)

probably doesn't have door locks, unless they were added.

white at brake switch (+)
