I'm hooking up actuators in the tailgate so I can open my tailgate with key fob. I have a TR-7 and a relay and I need to know a 12v constant and the lock/unlock wires in the passenger door sill and what colors they are. Has anyone done this before?

Look in the vehicle wiring section here.

-------------
Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

If you can lock and unlock all the doors from the passenger front door, it will be there, TEST. Otherwise you'll have to go to the driver's side.

Never tried finding those wires in the passenger kick or door sill area. They are real easy to
find in the Drivers Kick Panel. There, it is a 17 Pin Blue Plug as follows :
Lock (-)       White @ Pin 7
Unlock (-)     Red @ Pin 6
Factory Alarm Arm (-)        Light Blue @ Pin 14
Factory Alarm Disarm ( - double pulse)       Pink @ Pin 16

You could check in the PKP for these wires as Toyota usually has some in there.

I usually grab the +12V constant at the thick Black wire at the fuse box.

Soldering is fun!
