Having flashing light alarm but no horn alert on my 1999 gallant . I checked in the fuse box under bonnet where their according to Mitsubishi should be a alarm horn relay as well as a horn relay
Found what looks like where it should be by marking on lid which show a car plus a key?
Has anybody got a good diagram/ photo of the fuse box, as the one from Mitsubishi is very vague

Do you have or have access to a Digital Multimeter?
