I have a 2006 Dodge Charger 3.5 that the stereo wire colors do not match any wire Diagrams that I have down loaded. Has any one seen this before on these cars?

If you can find a Metra or Scosche harness listed here (https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/appguide/2006/Dodge/Charger.html), compare the pin locations for your answer.

I have a XSVI-6502-NAV Kit installed. I'm installing 2ea. amps one for bass and one for Voice. I need to tap in to the OEM wires for the front speakers. My wires (on the car harness)are a different color than the ones on the wire diagram off your wire diagram.

Have you checked the wiring at the speakers? You could make your connections there if necessary.

No I have not I was trying to keep everything in the dash. The fact that the wires are not the same color what's bothering me. I never ran into this situation. Can the car manufacturer run the wrong wires in a car??

I wouldn't call different color wires the wrong wires, but manufacturers have been known to make changes many times, hence always verify wiring before making any connections. In this situation, I would go to each speaker.

BTW, is this a Canadian model or an American model or ??

Where was the vehicle originally purchased? In the U.S. or Canada or somewhere else?
